Privacy baseline for the live Welcome Tower site

This page explains the current privacy baseline for the Welcome Tower website, including the consent layer used before non-essential analytics or marketing tags are loaded.

It does not claim full GDPR or multi-region legal compliance. It explains what this site currently collects, what the consent banner controls, and how to manage that choice.

When you use inquiry forms, we may collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, requested dates, hall or room preferences, guest count, and the message you send to the property team.

If you choose `Accept all`, the site may also load non-essential analytics technology to understand page usage and improve demand-capture performance. If you choose `Essential only`, analytics and marketing remain denied.

We use inquiry details to respond to your request, help the hotel team follow up on room and event leads, and operate the site safely.

We do not use this page to promise automated profiling, ad retargeting, or a full legal operations workflow. Those systems are outside the current live baseline.

The site uses hosted infrastructure such as Vercel for deployment and Supabase for application data. Inquiry notification email delivery is handled through Resend when enabled.

Vercel Web Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 are treated as non-essential analytics. Meta Pixel is treated as non-essential marketing. These services are held back unless you grant broader consent.

The banner offers only two choices: `Accept all` and `Essential only`.

Essential features remain available either way. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie so the site can remember it on future visits. You can reopen privacy settings later from the footer.
